These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of guaranteedsprayfoamremoval.co.uk and to the spray foam removal services provided by Guaranteed Spray Foam Removal LTD. Please read them carefully before requesting a quote or booking work with us. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other consumer protection law.
The information on our website is provided for general guidance only. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but it does not replace a quote or a site inspection for your property. The content, images and branding on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.
To allow us to carry out the work safely and efficiently, you agree to:
If we cannot carry out the work because access is not available on the agreed date, we may need to rebook and may charge reasonable costs that we have already incurred.
We will carry out the work with reasonable care and skill, using suitably trained engineers. We use protective coverings, such as carpet protection, where needed, remove and dispose of the spray foam waste responsibly, and leave the work area clean and tidy.
Spray foam can hide existing problems with a roof, such as damaged or decayed timbers, damaged membranes or loose tiles. We are not responsible for defects that existed before our work and were concealed by the spray foam, but we will tell you about any issues we notice.
We guarantee that our work will be finished to a high standard that meets your surveyor’s requirements. If, for any reason, your surveyor is not happy with the removal, we will come back to your property within 3 days, or sooner if possible, to rectify the problem at no extra cost. If your surveyor is still not satisfied after we have rectified the work, we will refund the money you paid us for that work in full.
To use the guarantee, please contact us and send us a copy of the surveyor’s comments or report so that we can understand what needs to be put right. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights.
The price for the work will be as set out in our quote, including VAT where applicable. Payment terms will be confirmed in your quote or invoice. If payment is not made when due, we may charge interest as permitted by law.
If you are a consumer and the contract was made away from our business premises or at a distance (for example online, by phone or at your home), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract being made, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To cancel, please tell us clearly by email or phone using the details above.
If you ask us to start the work within the 14-day cancellation period and then cancel, you will need to pay for the work carried out up to the point you told us you wanted to cancel. Once the work has been fully completed within the cancellation period at your request, the right to cancel no longer applies.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for pre-existing defects as described in section 5. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us as soon as possible using the details in section 1 and we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your work is the one in force when you accepted our quote.
